Very similar to Craigs List in that it is an online classifieds site. It offers free postings to your city and also offers a paid option to post to multiple cities around the country.

Auction site for those items that you can't find on Craig's List

This is an interesting auction site in that you buy bids then try to time your bids right to get a good deal on an item. I have not spent much time on this site but the concept is intriguing.
